Can-Am Bandy Cup Saturday January 10TH
 
International bandy comes to the Twin Cities this weekend. The annual Can-Am Bandy Cup will be held Saturday, January 10th at the John Rose Minnesota OVAL.

Team Canada will play three games against three different USA teams 

Game #1 on Saturday morning at 8:30 features Team Canada vs USA Bandy Legends. Legend roster include former USA Bandy Men's National Team players, Steve Nelson, John Jensen, John Kuzara, Steve Jecha, Chris Halden and BJ Bayers.

Game #2 Saturday afternoon at 4:00 pm Team game will be Canada vs USA 1. Roster for USA 1 are players from 2014  World Championships in Irkutsk, Russia.  This squad features USA Bandy League leading scorer Jon Keseley,  the brothers John and Scott Arundel, Mike Hosfield, Andrew Knutson, and Rick Haney.

Game #3 following at 5:30 pm Team Canada vs USA 2 a team team is comprised of younger players with future national team potential.

Post Game Party
A post game party for players and spectators will be held at the Roseville VFW Club (one block NE of Oval) immediately after the 4:00PM game. Everyone is encouraged to come after each of the games. Proceeds from the post-game events will help fund USA Bandy.
