Dear Bandy Nation
The winter 2015-16 winter season was one of our most successful and exciting winters seasons ever. Congrats to all who made it happen including managers, players, referees, organizers, sponsors and the Oval staff!
Lots of good things happened:
We had a total of 15 adult teams spread out over 3 leagues; the 32nd North America Cup was played; Team USA (Men) went to Ulyanovsk, Russia, played in the A-Pool and had a great tournament; the USA Women organized and played great in the 2016 World Championships at home in Roseville; the bandy playoffs were competitive and exciting in all leagues; and Steve Jecha had another successful Youth Bandy program. All great stuff.
The Mississippi Mojo club team is keeping the momentum going and are hosting their annual team party/fundraiser this Saturday and have invited the entire Bandy Nation to come. This will also serve as the 'unofficial' end-of year Winter 2015-2016 league party. So if you never made it down to Sensor's, VFW or Grumpy's for that last one with your bandy comrades, here is your chance!
