Kevin Bowen is this year's recipient of the Referee of the Year Award!

In addition to running the entire US referee program, Kevin reffed 60 games this past season. He also was a FIB referee supervisor at both the Women's World Championships in China and the Men's A Pool World Championships in Russia.
